Shocking Rochester service ... stay away

1. On the 13/1/2022 My online order for x2 Bissett tables was delivered. 2. On the 13/1/2022 (Palesa) I logged issue with stock delivered. Items did not look like the previous stock from Rochester. The build quality was also very poor. 3. On the 17/1/2022 (Nomevulelo) Followup call. Agent advised me the warehouse was arranging item swap. They would contact me shortly to arrange. 4. On the 19/1/2022 (Dolly) No contact from anyone from Rochester. Agent escalated the matter again. With same update as previous call. 5. On the 24/1/2022 (Tarryn) No feedback from Rochester to date. Agent provided same feedback again.

I have made several material purchases over the last year from Rochester physical stores – with no issues and excellent service. I am truly disappointed how this matter has been handled.

Call centre staff keeps escalating... no resolution to date.

Do yourself a favor stay away from this shocking company. You will thank me later.
