Shocking - Deliver dirty brand new furniture

Deliver dirty brand new furniture -- waiting for almost two weeks to get this resolved.. Shocking - Still waiting for our brand new headboard to be swop with a clean headboard. The team that came to delivered the filthy brand new headboard refused to install the headboard (the installation was part of the delivery fee) after an argument then only they install the headboard incorrectly and they left the headboard upside down and threw the assemble paper behind the headboard.
