Shocking customer service

Currently sitting without our 2 seater leather lounge suite we bought at Festivall Mall last December....couches was defective...and they collected in July this year....we have followed up...numerous times...still no response as to when they will be returning our couches....we have been paying faithfully every month for half a lounge suite?... I logged 2 complaints and had no feedback from those complaints.. I actually want to have couches returned and refunded for the months that I have been paying for half couches....
