Shocking bad service

Very disappointed with the way you are dealing with my query. Rochester delivered a dining table with a dent in December and up until now it has not been replaced after several promises. I even get told the delivery will be made the following day but no one pitches. I am the one who actually follows up, and al they do is blame each other. No one takes ownership of the problem. This is between the store Manager, Midlands Mall, Regional Manager, Complaints office in Durban and warehouse in Cato Ridge. Is there anyone who can own this problem, run with it and solve it? This has dragged on for too long.
