Shocking after sales service

<p>I have been trying since the beginning of last year to get a defective bed fixed or swopped, After a half assed attemp to fix it and it not working I have been promised a new bed and even went to pick a new one out and paid for it to be delivered. Which was probably 4 monts ago now and I keep getting **** to by the salesman about what is actually going on.</p> <p>Now they are not even taking my calls or phoning me back when I leave messages. I guess it's time to get the lawyers involved. They had their chance.</p>
