Shifting blame - Delivery took forever!
Hi,
I would think hard before buying from them as everything in the store is only for show. They keep nothing in stock. Everything is in their 'Warehouse'. We walked in on a Friday and by next week Thursday our order status is still in 'Processing Order'. The lady in the store said should take no longer than 3 days.
4 Working days and no change on our order. Fanie (Delivery Manager) states it's the warehouse. So we spend the money and now we wait. Also, no option to arrange your own transport.
I will most likely not buy from them again.

21 Feb 2025, 10:33 So, we purchased the Preston 3 Piece 3 Action Lounge Suite with Hidden Console, Grey, from Rochester on 07-02-2025 and received it yesterday, 20-08-2025.
When we were at the showroom this Suite was not on display. We told the lady we wanted this one. She said she could show us one similar to the one we are looking for. So after seeing it and everything we were happy with our decision to take the Preston suite. I know Rochester and HiFi Corp are basically the same company. Both advertise this on their websites. Just to give a side note to anyone interested in this suite. It does not have a hidden console. No compartment or anything that will make you think it has one, even though they advertise it with a hidden console. It does have 2 cup holders and that is it.
