bought a lounge suites and a stand alone sofa in January of 2019, by the end of June the springs and the under cover was coming out these looked old and the sofa would go waayyyy down when u sit gradually this got worse until i was advised to call Rochester to come replace these November i called and was advised they would come pick these up within 5 days . would you believe to date i have not received any correspondence or call from anyone at Rochester i am always calling and always given different no.s to call for help and i am now frustrated after paying so much this is unbelievable it took literally 2 days for my order to be delivered when i bought these and now i can even get anyone to speak to except for the call centre agents on *** whom themselves dont know what is going
