Service very disgusting

<p>Rochester is the worst funiture place in SA. </p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a dinning table from them Last year in Mar and the delivered a broken table. Reported and they took it. The chairs are stained due to cheapquality being used and when I comlained they said no I have to pay for it.. Question Did make the table?????? The table is under warranty but they refuse to clean despite the recommedation from there team that the chair must be swapped....</p> <p> </p> <p>This Year I bought leather couches and 3 months down the line the chair is stined and im asked to pay for it... =Question, Are we not allowed to sit on the couches and yet it costed me an arm and a leg???</p> <p> </p> <p>Rochester should be closed asap as they *********** people with there cheap quality and making money off people...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Diappointed customer.</p> <p> </p>
