Sent Back home without the Goods. Waste of Time, Money & Energy

I can't believe that I'm writing a complain again about the same Shop. My wife drove to collect a tiny nesting table from the Rochester distribution center in Jet Park. She was told that their system is down and she can't be given the table. she asked for a manual dispatch note to be done. The Stupid Dispatch manager (Rajesh) refused to do the manual dispatch note even after a long argument... I will never set my foot again in that store. :(
