Seally Bongress from Rochester
I need help either from Rochester head office or Seally. I bought a bed in mid Auguts 2023. Only started sleeping on it October after I moved into my new home. A month later the springs are making a sound. At the slightest mo movement the springs will make sounds... I escalated the matter to Rochester where I purchased it and unfortunately they are not responsive. I'm being sent from pillar to post, I really need help.somebody?? I really can't afford a new bed right now.. all I want is an exchange or a refund. It's so heartbreaking to spend good hard earned money from a small salary trying to purchase quality only to be so disappointed. I thought I was making a good investment by buying seally and Rochester seemed like a good reputable store, I really am losing my mind over this I even hate sleeping these days .. if there's is anyway I can get help I would appreciate it.
I'm responding to my review, I'm now in a desperate position and I'm on my knee begging . I have not yet received a new bed.. Seally Bravo reached out, just when I thought I would get assistance I'm now being taken from pillar to post. I was contacted to get an exchange at my nearest Bradlows store... it's been over a month now. The store manager is not helpful to a point where she blatantly told me not to give her a headache as she's not the one who sent me to purchase a bed online whereas I couldn't have went to the store . She further added that I shouldn't call or come to the store until I am called. What frustrating me is that the authorisation for an exchange has been approved. Now its between Bradlows Mafikeng and a warehouse where the delay is and I am not sure to ne honest what the matter is..another thing that is stressing me is that the authorisation shows that the Seally Bongress (King) will be exchanged with a queen. I did not buy a queen bed , why would the exchange be approved for a queen? My question is , am I being given a queen because the bed I bought was on a 50% sale??? I dont quiet understand . Lastly I'm a l pregnant ady in her mid thirties with a condition called "thoracic scoliosis " in a nutshell I have serious spine promiblems, now with my pregnancy it is even worse. The bed I'm currently sleeping on is giving me sleepless nights, adding to my anxiety and stress... all I want is an exchange of a bed. Is that really a lot to ask for...??? I am pleasing and begging #Seally and @ Rochester please attend to my issue. It's the holidays I cannot even enjoy anything. My back hurts , I'm not happy please for the last time HELP!!!
