Scotch guarding stains

<p>My mum bought couches from Rochester Parkview on the 9th July. We found 2 of the cushions with "scotch guarding" stains. The solution from the branch after a week of phoning them is to collect the couch and return it after a month, as their supplier needs time to rectify the problem.</p> <p>I'm sorry, since when do you inconvenience your client, so that your supllier can be given a chance.</p> <p>Its very simple, collect your couch to give your supllier a chance, but take my mum a new couch or take 2 new cushions. </p> <p>I do see all the complaints on Hello Peter is about after sales.......</p>
