I ordered couches in December 2019. I recieved a tracking number and waited patiently for the order to be fulfilled. Until today still no couches. When you call them they dont answer or they give you multiple phone numbers to call. They never communicate with you whats going on. I then asked for a refund since no couches in my house until today. The process is non existant. I cant get ahold of anyone and they dont respond to emails either. I still dont have my money back until January 2020. Please dont bother ordering from Rochester.
