Save your sanity and steer clear!

The single star goes to the staff in the Baywest Mall branch, they are friendly and can keep their cool in the face of adversity...from there, the experience gets absolutely zero stars. I am still waiting for my goods after4 days, when I was told that the warehouse is j7st 10 minutes away for collection. On the first day I arrived to a closed warehouses....2 hours before the advertised closing time. Next day, the queue was not moving at all, so I had to leave with my trailer that I had hired for moving day. The 3rd day, the manager went to collect at 9.30am, but at 2pm I called it a day and left the store empty handed. The delivery promise made yesterday seems like it will not come through. So even though I paid in full immediately I still do not have my goods and my business is left without furniture an̈d customers arriving tommmow. I do not expect this kind of service from a private company. Takealot can get it right, even the Home Office and Traffic Department puts this business to shame. If I was the manager I would make sure this gets fixed even if I had to drive it myself. If the shop ladies know that the wharehouse is sub-stabdard, why on earth did they sell me anything? Shocking!
