Satisfactory Service

I recently purchased couches at Rochester-Park Meadows Shopping centre in Jhb.<br> <br> Unfortunately, the couches could not fit through my house door and therefore needed to return the couches and exchange it for a smaller size lounge suite.<br> <br> Keith, the Rochester manager was able to allow me to choose new couches (as the terms and conditions say otherwise) in order for me to get couches which will be able to fit through my door.<br> <br> Thank you Keith!! Appreciate the effort and going the extra mile!
