Sale gone wrong
We bought couches and we were told we're gonna have the couches delivered at no extra charge. When we come pay the outstanding balance we're told that we'll be charged r2200 for delivery which was never mentioned. The manager blatantly denies that his salesman said that and we felt that the matter wasn't resolved to our satisfaction.
