sale done in bad faith

I ordered a sleighbed bedroom suite with mattress , after 7 weeks of waiting the delivery came yesterday without the mattress frame nor the base for the mattress . the warehouse and the sales department are now arguing about what has been sold and now I'm told to fork an extra 9k for the sleighbed frame or settle for a base costing additional 2k. this has not been budgeted for but I'm forced to settle for the base which I have now paid only to be told it will take 10 working days to be delivered. as it were, I'm sleeping on a mattress without a base. the is bad work ethic and poor service meted against me by Rochester .
