My dad bought couches and reported that they are malfunctioning while they were still on warranty. Then Rudzani, branch manager from the Polokwane branch, promised to have the couches collected and fixed. That never happened until they got out of warranty. After warranty had lapsed, Rudzani told my dad to pay R900 for repairs. Which my dad did, and now two years later, my father was ****med as the couches were never collected or fixed. I have been making multiple follow-ups with their social media accounts and called them. Now they blocked me on facebook. I can't even send them messages.
