Rude and *********** manager

i bought a headboard set at Rochester wonderpark mall in 2018 and when i assembly it i realise that 4 *****s were missing, i went to talk to the manager , i cant remember his name but his the only guy in the shop , when i told him about my complain he was rude and tell me that is not his problem i must talk to the people from the warehouse and i ask him that how do i talk to the warehouse people while i bought the furniture at the shop? he then said he will try to solve the matter and asked for my numbers. The manager never called till today and i have called the shop more than 5 times since and the always say there waiting for *****s ... how do you sell something without all *****s and thou does it take 2 years to solve this minor issue?

I will never buy at Rochester wonderpark as the manager doesn't take customers serious and his very rude .
