I purchased a 2 piece daybed set. Sunday afternoon and then Monday morning i called to cancel this order. I recieved a reference number. However Wednesday i was called by someone from the store to ask about the Delivery, to which i rep**** i had canceled the order there shouldn't be a delivery, Thursday evening just before 6pm the delivery driver phoned me to ask if they can come and deliver, i told him again no the order was canceled Monday morning, i immediately phoned the store to which i was told it wasn't up to them to tell the people the order was canceled its up to me to tell the Driver once he phones me.

This is just absolutely ridiculous. I then was also told by customer care the order was never canceled. And the store. Told me today the refund cant happen if the order is in transit. Even though i cancelled it not even a day after purchase.

3 days later received a new text message saying they will now deliver on the 9th of December..... with a new reference number totalling i now have 3 reference numbers. I firmly believe the ROCHESTER CLEARWATER MALL, STAFF NOR THE MANAGER KNOW HOW TO THE JOB THEY ARE HIRED TO DO!

Seriously pathetic system if this is correct
