Rochester's sloppy service

Absolutely shocking behavior from this company, no one wants to take accountability for my delivery of the couch I bought from their company in Cornubia mall Durban. This couch was supposed to be delivered yesterday no show from their company at my home as promised. Today I have to call them as if I'm the one to deliver . I'm appalled by the lack of respect I received from this company and lack of service. Very angry
