Rochesters Mall at Reds

It is now 8 weeks that we are awaiting the repair of our VERY expensive lounge suite. How does one get this done ??? Who do we escalate to ?? I am being shunted around between various people, with no results. Various emails did not even help. What a poor service from such a reputable brand.
