Rochesters - Clearwater Mall - *********** and dishonest

Absolute pathetic service. Purchased a Bentley lounge suite in July 2022. 1. They delivered a damaged set. This was sent back immediately and the store manager informed us that they will have a new set made by the manufacturer. 2. A custome made recliner was also ordered and delivery was promised within 8 weeks.

After numerous attempted deliveries the colour was incorrect. (12 weeks later) and we still don't have the recliner nor the lounge suite.

I went back to Rochester on the 9th of September and requested a full refund. The store manager said that she will give us a 30% discount and will have the set delivered on 14th of September. (including the correct colour recliner). I completed the paperwork for the credit (30%), and still did not receive that.

I am tired of asking and leaving messages or trying to communicate with anybody at Rochesters (even Head Office). This seems like an impossible problem to solve.

They are *********** and unwilling to assist.

I am requesting a full refund within 7 days alternativley I will have to go to the small claims court.

Please can a competent person from Rochesters contact me and sent the necessary documentation for my FULL refund.
