ROCHESTER - WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, Tomorrow will be a month to date that we still haven't received all the items that we have paid for in cash at the Boksburg branch. From the sales personal that were very eager to fight over commission of our sale (Mpho and Ronnie) to the Manager (Collin) that still cant tell us when we will receive our bedroom suite. Every time it is a different story. Then it's the warehouse then there are no stock or they delivered it to someone else, head office personal that keep on saying they will investigate (Chantel/ Adila) but dont come back to us. I will NEVER purchase anything from Rochester again. The public needs to be aware what they are doing and how they treat their customers.
