Rochester worst furniture shop with mean staff

So I bought pedestals on the 21st of November since then there has not been any delivery made. I went to the store twice and the guy that I bought from told me he gave the warehouse the wrong number whereas I SPECIFICALLY told him I changed my number. I have an email to support that. Then the manager was sooo rude and he **** told me hmtgey called my house help and she said she doesn't know the address I asked her she said no one called. I was furious said I want my money back. They told me to go to the bank and get the proof of banking.. Unfortunately I could manage because of time an there were queues since it was black Friday.

I then complaint on Rochester page on Facebook they said they are attending to the matter. That's when they called my house help again said they will deliver on Saturday which they didnt.

They called her yesterday said they will deliver today but today they called and said they will deliver tomorrow. The lady by the name Charlotte who works at the warehouse told me she only received the message that they should deliver today

So my question is..it means they **** all this time they said they have been calling my house help.

And why didn't they call me because I am the one who bought theme not her. And the manager was very rude. Till today I haven't received my goods.
