Rochester - Worst Ever Service (Complaints ***

Damn probably the worst service ever. Paid cash for a lounge suite last week Friday. Promised to deliver on Tuesday.... NOTHING. Then promised it will be delivered today (FRIDAY) nothing.... Phone the call center ( 021 and all they can can do is give you a complaints number ***). 40 minutes later and all they do is log a call and you will get feedback in 48 hours. Absolutely pathetic. Tried the warehouse on (*** and nobody answers since 10:00. Will get a refund at 08:00 tomorrow and go to another company that can provide a service (as advised by there call center). Pathetic.
