Rochester worst company to buy from!

Worst company to open an account from. From delivering my goods to settling their account. After settling my account, they debited my account. Tried a numerous times to call their call Centre and sent emails to get my refund but nobody responded. Decided to reverse the amount as my account was paid up. Now they busy sending threatening messages saying I didn't pay. I can't even get hold of them! So annoyed.
