Rochester Woodmead Refuses To Collect Mismatched Dining Chairs for a Refund

I bought 8 dining chairs at Rochester Woodmead on the 4th of December 2022. Three of the chairs delivered were a different fabric and colour. I asked for a refund and I was told I need to pay 15% handling fee. After disputing for days going to the store and calling, I was told the Rochester warehouse that delivered the chairs would collect them so that they can start processing my refund. It’s over three weeks now and the chairs still have not been collected. I have tried calling, emailing, and going to the Rochester Woodmead store directly but I’m just told there’s nothing they can do the warehouse will schedule a collection.

Please do not but from this Rochester store. They don’t care at ALL about the service they give nor do they care about the quality of products they deliver. I’m stuck with 5 brown chairs and 3 cream-ish chairs and the store does not see this as something they need to attend to urgently. I’m extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. I will NEVER buy from this store again and urge everyone not to either.
