Rochester Woodmead Manager is a ****...

I am appalled by the service at Rochester Woodmead, the manager blatantly **** about stock availability when we wanted to lay-by a couch from them, we were told that stock will be available and now when I went to pay the balance of the couch, I am told that there isn't any stock.

What is even more annoying is that I am now made to look like I am dumb and I do not understand the meaning of stock, here it is by the way, therefore to the guy that is in charge there today, I had no confusion regarding the word "Stock - the goods or merchandise kept on the premises of a shop or warehouse and available for sale or distribution."

I will never buy or recommend anyone I know to buy from your store ever again.

In closing, the manager is a lair, do not believe anything he says, he will say anything to get you not to walk out with your money, customer service and satisfaction mean nothing to him, his stuff is honest, he is a ****...
