Rochester woodmead is a disappointment 😞

I purchased a sofa for 28k So along my payment the assistance offered me a delivery and they charged me 650 rand for the delivery when I'm coming to collect the sofa.so what happened Is when I went to collect my item the delivery guy's were off and they suggested I should get another transport at my own cost and told me that the money they took from me will be reversed back to my account, within 5 working days They asked me to provide my banking details and confirmation letter from the bank,,,and u did, this was in September end 2023 Until today I haven't received my money I have been calling the Rochester woodmead and kept saying tomorrow until I stopped I never heard anything,,any feedback from them I got tired because the money I was using to call them was almost the money that they are owing me I'm very disappointed with their service after spending so much money and you get to be treated like this 👎
