I give 0 rating for Rochester Woodmead.I bought the couch in Rochester Woodmead in March and it was delivered a week before national lockdown, during level 5 I noticed the couches has too many defects I couldn’t go complain as their shop was not part of essential services, now they refuse to cancel for refund saying I should have done it within 10 days but how because we were on lockdown. Disgusted to say the least.
