Rochester woodmead

In January I made a purchase at the woodmead store. The delivery was a disaster. Guys were rude and refused to pull the bed down. I was asked how much I paid for delivery and they were careless and damaged a picture frame in the process. I reported the incident and no courtesy call or apology. I proceeded to the store and requested they replace the frame. I was subsequently told it would be difficult I should purchase and provide invoice. I am still waiting for my refund.
