<p>I purchased 3 piece recliner lounge suite on the 1st April worth R36000. The couches were deliver and once I got home I discovered the recliner was damaged. </p> <p>I have been dealing with Ian which is the branch manager and have gotten nowhere. </p> <p>I was there promised from Head Office that my recliners would be replaced by Wednesday. Wishful thinking and when I tried contacting Melinda or Kim from head office I got their answering machines and was told Kim would contact me. </p> <p>So sick of the terrible service. </p>
