Rochester wont refund my money!

Bought a new living room suite from Roshester on Sunday after extensively asking the salesman if it is full leather and not leather uppers. Received delivery of the suite on Monday and found it was **** leather (leather uppers). I immediately contacted the salesman and they collected the suite immediately. Now for the refund part, we have been waiting 5 weeks and still havent received our refund. What do I do now?
