Rochester Wonderpark

I recently bought the couches at Rochester Wonderpark in May 2021, 3 months later they gave me problems as they kept lowering down to the ground level. I reported the matter and they came to fix them, then two months later I experienced the very same problem. I went back to ask my money back as I bought them 18k and it was not even 6 months. Now they are giving me a run around since I complained on the 1st of November till today nothing has been done. They are now giving me a run around for my money. Please I need help.
