ROCHESTER WONDER PARK POOR SERVICE &

I have received the worst service at Rochester Wonder park. I purchased a couch via laybye and paid it up on the 3rd of October 2022 being helped by the sales Assistant CATHERINE MADISA .i was told they will deliver in two days of which they did deliver the wrong couch and I did not receive any communication after that, I called the sales lady who was assisting me but she never gave me a straight answer, Sunday I went to the store only to be told that she was off and they don't have any means to contact the courier. The service it's very poor as I'm not receiving any communication from the store regarding the delivery of my couch and I have tried to reach out by calling Catherine for an update to no avail. I'm really disappointed by their poor service
