Rochester Witbank awful service

Rochester is just a bad experience for a customer, if you need value for money and good service, peace of mind; don’t go to Rochester. We bought couches at Rochester for cash and we bought them at Rochester in Witbank. They gave us a broken couch. We struggled for them to replace the couch and when they ultimately replaced the coach, they replaced it with a squicking couch. Imagine getting such an awful service after spending 20 000 cash at a store. I would never advise anyone to go to Rochester
