Rochester Whar a joke!!!!! No service, no money

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that a company like this is providing service in this manner. Substandard furniture for one. Aftersales service is none existant. After my couch went in for repairs over 2 months ago and them making arrangements to deliver it where everytime I had to take of work to accomodate them and everytime I was stood up. Once they rocked up at my house with the couch still broken with a few more things broken. On the one side a person could see how it was kicked with the bootprint showing. They then said they will replace the couch. Today again I waited for them to deliver my couch with nobody showing up. By the looks of it, Rochesters managment has no control over there own people, they cannot even arrange a simple delivery, I have stopped all payment to them until this matter is resolved and by the looks of it they dont even care. Soooo no service no money everybody should do this
