ROCHESTER WARRENTY MEANS NOTHING!!!!!

This lounge suite was bought in April 2019 and delivered in May 2019 the complaints started immediately with a broken leg and continued from February 2020, was returned to you for repairs and was delivered back to my parents who were still not satisfied. I went to the shop to discuss this with you not a month after the return from the repairs. Since the complaint in August up to now we have been in the dark. We need a regional Manager to phone me and setup a meeting to close this out. Andre ***.
