Rochester Warehouse Driver Incompetence

I am a new client who recently took credit with Rochester, I received a message informing that I will receive my delivery today 4 January 2023. On the SMS it states I will be called an our before they arrive. I decided to take a day off from work today to ensure I am at home for the delivery, the driver called me this morning while I was asleep and I missed his call. I called him back at 09h00 and he informed me he left my order as I didn't respond to his call in the morning. I dont understand how I was expected to be awake in the morning as I wasnt told he would call i was expecting a call an hour before delivery
