Rochester unhappy with Customer Service

1. I Laybyed a server paid the deposit, no confirmation after numerous emails I get a confirmation. 2.Made 3 payments of R 500.00 they send me a statement with only 2 payments I contact them send them proof of payment,I get a reply from Ntokozo on the 9th July to say she is forwarding the mail to the relevant Dept,today 29-July still no reply.I am ever sorry I made that laybye I don't think I will deal with this Company ever again,cant wait to make the final payment on my goods.
