Rochester - They do not honor their guarantees

Long story short: 1. Bought an Augusta Bed from Rochester Wonderpark in October 2017. The bed had a guarantee of 12 months. 2. May 2018 I lodge a complaint and submit all the required documentation and the bed is shortly collected from my house. In essence one of the supporting wooden frames broke and needed replacing. 3. In July 2018 after numerous follow-ups and engagements I finally give up and take delivery of the broken frame because Rochester repair centre was saying there's nothing wrong with the frame besides visual evidence to the contrary that was corroborated by the Rochester Wonderpark staff and the delivery guys. 4. I complained formally to Rochester through their web channel during August 2018 and have gotten to feedback....what a shame!
