Rochester - the worst experience ever

I purchased furniture online from Rochester one month prior to me moving into my new home. My salesperson assisted with all promptly. Two days before delivery, I get a call to say that they don't have my colour sofa in stock and that I will have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for this. He said they only had cream in stock. I was upset but thought the cream would do. I obviously moved into a new home and needed furniture. On the day of delivery (after another argument the day before cause they removed me from their delivery list - which I still don't get) they deliver my cream sofa but with a black ottoman. It has been a month since, I have logged a complaint, I have left messages for managers, I have begged for help, I have been extremely calm but after I had an arrangement with my sales person to deliver my correct ottoman yesterday, 9 March, and just nothing, now I'm extremely ****ed off with them. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. Worst service I have ever received in my life. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM ROCHESTER.
