Rochester The Grove

Horrible experience, i have bought something from them on the 4th of November im still waiting for my delivery exactly a month today! no one knows what the are doing i tried to call the warehouse on several occasions apparently they "can't help me they are too busy" ive been called and told on 3 different occasions that i will get my delivery still nothing no one calls to follow up, terrible service pathetic and unnecceptabe!!!!
