Rochester thavhani mall

I bought a tv stand from Rochester thavhani mall and it was delivered with 2 parts missing ,I went to the store to explain what had happened the staff were very rude to,even making comments insinuating that I did not buy it from the store I bought it elsewhere worst part is the stand is not even useable in this state and it cost R4000
