Rochester - terrible experience with my order

I purchased a 3 seater Copenhagen Daybed from Rochester furniture, the service I received at the store and the sales lady was excellent, but there after, the delivery process from the warehouse was a nightmare process. I've had the order delivered 3 times, the first time the order was delivered they delivered two of the same side of the couch and I sent the order back, the second time the couches were terribly damaged and it was unsightly and I called the store who advised me to conditionally accept the order and they will log a ticket for an exchange. The ticket was logged and on the third delivery for the exchange the warehouse sent a USED set of couches, it was evident it was used, there were stains on the couches and a bottle cap lodged in the cushion. It has been three weeks and I am beyond frustrated at Rochesters pathetic service on the delivery of my order. I had planned to purchased two beds and an office desk and chair from them this year but I am no longer convinced of their quality product and services.
