ROCHESTER STRUBENS VALLEY STAY AWAY!!!!!

This is the worst service I have ever received!!!!!! After buying an Amanda bed in June 2017 I firstly waited 8weeks for the bed to be delivered only to find out when the bed arrived the installers said there were parts missing and couldnt install it, anyway 3 weeks later they brought another bed and on this one they said two holes werent provisioned on the bed but they will install it anyway and come back to drill the holes, its been three months of calling them, initially the bed made a slight sound which in turn became louder and now its totally collapsing on the one side, I am a cash buyer and wanted to furnish my entire house with rochester furniture can you only imagine if i did!! I am appalled by the service received, I have came into the store a number of times and just received empty promises. The site for customer feedback doesnt even work!!
