Rochester Strikes again

So Rochester Centurion strikes again! 3rd time i've ordered from them and the 3rd time i have had problems. Ordered a table and bench from them in April, it was delivered and after opening it i advised the salesman that the wrong colour was delivered. I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to collect it, was only advised on Saturday by said salesman that the correct goods have still not been ordered due to the fact that they have not received the incorrect goods back from me (they make promises to collect but never arrive on dates promised)! So because of a mistake that the salesman made, i need to wait until they decide to collect before they order my correct goods that they've received 100% payment for! Rochester Centurion as well as their HO do not give a damn about their clients, they only care about making money!!!! I want a refund or my goods delivered the same time they collect the incorrect goods!!!
