Rochester Store
<p>I bought a sealy base and mattress at Rochester store in Wonder park mall and they gave me a wrong base. Now the base is giving me problems I reported it on time the sealy company said they won't help with the base they will only exchange the mattress because the base is not their products. I then reported to the shop now the shop don't want to exchange the base they are saying I must first pay R 800 then they will exchange and give me the right base. Please help me. </p>

As per inspection done by our service agent, the damage on the base is not due to a factory.
We are however attempting to make arrangements with you for exchange on your mattress, kindly advise the sales consultant of a convenient time to for us to do so.
