Rochester Stoneridge Refund issues

We bought a desk from Rochester in Jan but it was a special where you get a chair with the desk. In May we had still no received the chair so we asked to return the desk since we bought it as a set. Refund was accepted by the store (Stoneridge) on 22 May. We have been waiting since then for said refund and being told it will happen "This week"
