Rochester Stoneridge ******

Pathetic service from Rochester Stoneridge. I bought a couch cash on a Saturday and the following week i got an opportunity to relocate. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund since the couch was only to be delivered month end. Its been over a month now and i haven't received my money back. I call them and they always give me an excuse that head office is busy with the payment. I really thought these guys are professionals but they are really ****** and ****s. Im really annoyed
